Departamento en playa del carmen centro hasta 2k usd (dólares) renta por un año 1. price: $1k to $2k usd (dólares) monthly rent. 2. size: i only need 1 bedroom, and 1 common room. other bedrooms are fine but not needed. fully furnished is ideal 3. location: ideally the balcony would have an oceanfront front view. if thats not possible within this price range, then within walking distance of the beach. 4. lighting: tall glass windows, lots of natural light. i would love to be able to open the windows and get a breeze. 5. timing: would rent for a minimum of 6 months. if i absolutely love the place/community, i would rent for 1 year to start. looking to move in the next 3 months by september. 6. amenities / other: rooftop and/or ground patio to sip cocktails/coffee would be amazing, but not needed. grocery store within walking distance is great air conditioning is a must i assume. in general, as the price approaches $2k/mo, i am looking for that oceanfront view. below that, a view of a nice condo community area with pool/greenery could be nice. as the price goes down to $1k/mo, i would then be looking for just a really spacious apartment with a lot of natural light, and forget about the oceanfront view.
